Virgil "Sticky" Jones was the owner of a club called Sticky's in 1991. He found Donalyn Sullivan's body during his birthday party at the club. He wrapped her in a rug and placed her in an alley. He was later incarcerated on another charge.
In 2009, he provided information to Detectives Lilly Rush and Scotty Valens including a guest list from the party in exchange for being able to attend his daughter's funeral.
