Tina was an accessory to the Woodland Valley Mall massacre as a teenage girl.
Biography[]
1995[]
As a teenager, Tina was a "bad girl" who was "desperate for attention", and would shoplift. Her friend, Davie Shulman, also described her as a "lost soul". Tina had slept with a jock/bully Zack, but he ditched her.
Days before the shooting, Tina came up to Davie at Woodland Valley Mall asking him for a distraction because she wanted to steal a video camera from the store he worked at. Seeing Zack kissing another girl, they discussed him being a jerk to Tina. Even so, she still longed to be with him. While Tina and Davie talked, she grabbed the camera and put it in her bag. Unbeknownst to Tina, Davie had a crush on her.
Mall security busted Tina and took the camera. At the security office, the guard Barry Lewis said he was going to have to call her parents when suddenly, they were interrupted. Barry told Tina "to stay put", but she sneaked off and followed him to the surveillance room. Barry was showing Cameron Coulter and Neal Hanlon the real cameras and the dummy cameras. Cameron mentioned how they could shoot up the place and no one would see. Barry added no one would care and Neil said he would love to see the look on people's faces when it was happening. Then, Tina left.
Several days later, an hour before the shooting, Tina had a tryst with Zack in a mall room. When he opened the door, she was shocked to see that his friends were in the hallway listening in. Zack showed off Tina's underwear to the boys, humiliating her. She tried to leave but Zack and the other boys cornered and gang-raped her. One of them, Dayton Moore, and Davie tried to help Tina, but were prevented from doing so as she screamed.
Afterwards, Davie tried to console Tina and said they should go to the police. However, a traumatized Tina refused because she still liked Zack and he didn't force her (at first). Davie was upset and abandoned Tina in a moment of spite.
Stunned, Tina walked right up to Cameron and Neil, who had just entered the mall. Knowing their plan, Tina taunted the duo about making a porn film. Then she offered to make them famous by videotaping them while they shot up the place, which they had bragged about. Cameron suggested killing Tina first, who asked if she was dead, who was going to make them famous. Cameron reluctantly agreed. Neal asked what the plan was. She glared back at Zack and his friends, who were laughing at her, and said, "Kill 'em all...Kill everybody!"
After Neal and Cameron messed around with the camera, the shooting began. Tina was horrified that they were really shooting everyone, not just the boys who attacked her earlier. Neal shoved the camera into Tina's hands. He pulled out his gun and said "Everyone", then started shooting. Tina ran and hid. She witnessed Barry coming out of the elevator and get shot in the stomach. Barry crawled over to Tina and she tried to save him, urging him to survive. As Tina looked back, she saw the boys shake hands and say, "It's the end", and then shoot themselves. Tina sobbed and threw the camera behind a vent. She looked around, seeing blood and dead bodies everywhere.
In the aftermath, Tina and Davie drifted apart when he dropped out of school.
2006[]
Tina's video camera was found, prompting police to search for a possible third shooter of the Woodland Valley Mall rampage. Tina now worked at a restaurant. Rush and Jeffries asked how the video camera she stole in '95 got into the boys' hands. Tina acted surprised that the camera was used to record the shooting spree and told them about being busted by security. She suggested Barry must have kept the camera for himself.
Soon though, Tina's guilt became too much and she walked into Woodland Valley Mall with a gun. She just sat with her weapon, prepared to kill herself. The police surrounded Tina and Rush tried to talk her down. As they discussed the mall massacre, Tina confessed she's doing this because she feels guilty, then and now, that innocent people died and got hurt because of her pain. Tina revealed that she goaded Cameron and Neal to follow through with their plans to shoot up the mall to get revenge on her rapists, but didn't know they would kill indiscriminately. Lilly reminded her she was not the only one paying for what Cameron and Neal did. Tina handed Lilly the gun and was arrested.
