Regina Reynolds (née Bellowes) is a character from "Libertyville". She is Julian Bellowes' sister.
Regina and her brother had been out of touch for a while after he started living as a white man. In 1958, she risked scandal by walking up to Julian's office to tell him about their dying father. During their meeting, she also met George Watson, the man who would kill her brother.
At the end of the episode, Regina and her family meet the family of her sister-in-law, Caroline Bellowes. The two women then see Julian's spirit for the last time.
