The Reverand at the "quickie chapel" where conman Ramon Delgado married Buella Stiffler; Buella would be murdered by Ramon and his partner-in-crime, Martha, shortly afterwards.
He tells Vera and Valens that he remembers Ramon and Martha because they told him they were brother and sister, but the way they behaved with each other - including flirting - placed them as one of the strangest couples that had ever entered his chapel.
