Penny Kozlowski was the daughter of Charles and Tara Kozlowski, and a classmate of Lindsey Taylor in 2004. Penny's father Charles accompanied her to a school presentation on local war heroes, with Lindsey's mother Dana accompanying her. Unfortunately, Dana's haunted responses about the death of her friend Frank in Iraq in front of Penny and the other kids did not go over well with Charles.
Penny's whereabouts in 2006, when Dana's death was investigated, are unknown.
