Monica Capcot was one the four victims of serial kidnapper and killer John Smith. She was a very religious young woman; she went to church and was part of the choir. While in captivity, Monica tried to be hopeful that she would be rescued, but would give up and die in November 2004 in a basement of a house in Kensington. Smith claimed Monica broke the easiest as she couldn't understand why God would do this to her.
