Manny Jones was the other killer of Laurie Dunne. He would kill her by intentionally locking her away in a room in his fraternity house during a fire and letting her die. His motive was to silence her; to stop her from telling the school about the hazing ritual she and her friends went through by him and HIS FRIENDS. The fraternity, Gammo Rho would be shut down if that happened.
