Louise is the aunt of serial killer Roy Brigham Anthony. She is an extremely religious Mormon, and when her nephew told her of himself hearing voices, she told him to listen to them, at the time believing them to be some divine guidance.
In the present, she regrets this, and partially believes she started her nephew's serial killing spree.
