John Billingsley (/ˈbɪlɪŋɡzli/, born May 20, 1960) is an American actor known for his role as Doctor Phlox on the television series Star Trek: Enterprise.

Aged 44 in 2004 at the time of the production of his appearance in different episode of the second season, Billingsley was already well known to fans of this series for his guest appearance in the show's second season, playing serial killer George Marks, the only killer on the show to have gotten away with murder in the episode Mind Hunters. Billingsley would later reprise the role in the season finale in the episode The Woods, in which Marks was been killed.
