Frank Morgan was one of the former employees of Tom and Della Lincoln. He is mentally challenged, but not challenged enough to murder the Lincolns and Derek Jackson. He told detectives Rush and Jeffries about Della getting into a fight with Tyra for applying makeup on a bruise made by her boyfriend Jammal.
He is later seen being offered to work back in Della's, now owned by Nora Lincoln.
