Cliff Harper

Cliff Harper was the newest boyfriend of Christina Rush, the youngest sister of detective Lilly Rush. Well.....he wasn’t the nicest boyfriend she had: he abused her, etc. They would meet in 2005 when she left Pennsylvania for New York City. They would get romantically involved, but not in the healthiest and efficient way: they would team up in buying prescriptions from pharmacies illegally and then sell them to others, along with Cliff’s partner, Bernie. He is also known for brutally assaulting his so called “love” and then kidnapping her, taking her to New Jersey where she, Christina lives now with him, with his “friend”’s help. Saying friend that way because Bernie because he said he just met Cliff and he was also in the drug selling business. Cliff would get what he deserved when Lilly would take him out, beating him up until he went unconscious when she and Scotty came to rescue Christina from New Jersey to bring her back home to Philadelphia. Shockingly, he is also the father of Christina’s daughter; she would get impregnated by him...she’s now a mom and Lilly is an aunt!
